These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law, in accordance with European Union regulations. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and the English version of these Terms, the French version shall prevail.
